Join us for a wellness hike led by ant expert and SCONC-extraordinaire, Eleanor Spicer Rice, and the naturalist who -- literally -- wrote the book on mushrooms in the Triangle, Geoffrey Balme! 

Eleanor and Geoff will lead us on an ant march through a *surprising, top secret location* (in Raleigh) where the fungi and fauna flourish. Together, we’ll slow down, look closely, and discover the small wonders underfoot. Take a break, be present, and delight in the abundance of stories around us. 

We'll then cap off the hike with free Howling Cow ice cream! 

No fee, just bring your enthusiasm and be prepared to go marching one by one hurrah, hurrah.
